I have came across some cases where the bedroom door facing is similar to the main door facing! If both the Mountain Star and Water Star are auspicious then the combination will generate positive energy, It'll be very auspicious for those occupying the room. Career progress, promotion, many benefactors, harmony within the family and wealth will follow subsequently. However, if the star combination are inauspicious such as Mountain Star 2 and Water Star 5.....be prepare for the worst as the impact will be much significant! As some of your might know that Mountain Star governs those living inside and Water Star is meant for wealth cum luck. Hence, I don't think anything good is going to happen for those individuals occupying the room with 2 & 5. Even if you are going through a good 10-year cycle, once your luck fade away....the negativity will fall upon you.

Case 228 - Utility Company

A general manager, personal friend of mine, of a multinational utility company shifted into his office room on level 2 about 2 months ago.I have visited his facility located near Tuas few months earlier and it was not a present experience at all. From the moment I entered the facility, I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy from the beginning. Thereafter, I took some compass measurement after my meeting and identify the chart for the premises in Period 8. Not to my surprise, the facing of the premises was 丙山𡈼向 with the main gate facing North-East (2, 5). And the main building door facing North-West ( 9,7). And most of the office room doors on level 2 are facing West (5,2). I advices him to relocate his room door to North whereby the mountain and water stars are both star 8, the most auspicious wealth star in period 8 but he didn't take it seriously.

Within less than 1 month....as I predicted, several inauspicious event occurred one after another! Couple of months back, he was filled with positive energy and his facial expression (面相) was stunning. From the height of his career, the situation took a dramatic turn after his boss left the company giving 24 hours notice. Thereafter, leaving him helpless and with no option but to engage damage control to savage his career as the project budget had overrun and unable to meet timeline. Pressure from the new management has also generated tremendous pressure on him to deliver the KPIs,

As mentioned to many of my friends, you will never know when your luck is going to run out! And if it did run out, please make sure that you guard your house Fengshui and regard it as the first line of defense. I always told my friend that they are free to decide as I am only giving free advice! If they don't take my advice seriously and when it happens.....don't come running for help lor. Some of your are believers from experiences but some choose to ignore it as they might be still enjoying the auspiciousness from their good 10-year cycle. Hence, it haven't happen doesn't mean that it'll not happen unless you are one of those very lucky individuals that are predestined for wealth and prosperity.

Case 287 - Spiritual Remedy

The owner of a residential unit having identical main door and bedroom door facing were advised by a Fengshui master to place a white tiger statute in his bedroom facing the bedroom door to counter the negative energy. As mentioned, main and bedroom doors sharing the same facing will create a more forceful impact. For the subject, the main door facing is in between of 2 inauspicious sectors therefore, having a direct and more significant impact on the bedroom. Hence, generating large amount of negative energy. I advised for the white tiger to be removed as I deem it to be too fierce (凶）to handle and prefer some remedy that is more harmonic. Instead a spiritual knife replaced the white tiger! I have been experimenting spiritual remedies that often provide better counter and able to better neutralize the negative energy. Thereafter, he was head hunted by a prestigious bank and resigned from his lousy job.

A multi-million dollars investment that went terribly wrong from the start with corruptions, inexperience consultants and project team to fundamental design errors!!! Nothing seems to be going right! The company went thru first round of restructuring and I am afraid that another round is imminent.

Most of the office doors within the building are facing sector West with Mountain star 2 & Water star 5!!! After shifting into the office building, things got worst. Budget over run by millions, staffs turnover is high, morale low etc. All existing problems from non-compliance in civil structures to faulty equipment! Nothing seems to be going right from beginning! 

Mountain star 5 with water star 2 combined can generate large amount of negative energy! To make it worst, the external environment ( a big candle) seems to further boost the negativity. And 2014 flying star brings star 3 that agitate and reinforce the inauspiciousness. With monthly star 9 on the way, wood (3) reinforce fire (9) boost earth elements (2 & 5) will result in greater impact??? 

I believe so as there are obvious signs of disruption now and the impact can be server from minor incident to accident not to mention organization restructure! April 2014, monthly flying star 2 enter my main door located on North sector. Coupled with yearly flying star 9, the combination created much impact to my family in the month of April. 2 of my kids were downed with skin infection spreading over the neck, joint areas to the body. And my wife was downed with Vertigo syndrome causing serve migraine arising first from stomach upset. I was down for a week for throat infection and cough. Now, my little one caught the virus from me.

I never expected the combination of star 2 & star 9 to create such an impact to my family. As a practitioner, I'll usually find way to cure it but I guess i overlook and underestimated its strength. I am glad that the month is coming to an end soon.....but I started thinking to what extend will be the impact if the Mountain and Water stars are both Star 2 & Star 9!!!! I know for sure I wouldn't want to stay in a house with main door facing with Star 2 and Star 9 even for a day. The accumulation of such inauspicious energy will have an adverse effect on the residents. I have audited few cases and attempt to minimize such impacts successfully but I guess when it comes to myself....i over estimated myself, thinking my current good luck cycle will be able to waive off the negativity.....so please use my case as a reference if your share the similar experience.

Transition from a Bad 10-Year Cycle to an Auspicious 10-year Cycle

Many friends of mine facing their mid-life crisis will frequently ask these questions;

What have I done or accomplished all these years?

Where will I be moving on from here?

What am I going to do with my life?

When will I be a millionaire?

Sound familiar hor….friends, your might not be aware but some of us are crossing into a new 10-year cycle especially for those born in the early 70s. So the next question is whether it’ll be a better off or worst 10-year cycle?!!!

I have seen some of my friends moving from an auspicious 10-year cycle into the worst 10-year cycle of their life with significant disruptions in wealth, career, relationship and health etc.

I have also seen friends that move from a bad 10-year cycle into an auspicious 10-year cycle after their mid-life crisis! And thereafter, smooth sail ahead for the next few 10-year cycles……..一帆风顺，升官发财!

It is often the transition year before entering into a new cycle that is the most unbearable! Destiny has a way of driving you towards the edge of the cliff and before you plunge, offers you an opportunity that you cannot resist. And often, these are often 杀印，官印交界之年！Believe it or not, it mostly happens during the last year of the 10-year cycle before a new cycle begins.

The next few pillars after age 40, will determine the remaining years of your wealth, career, business, relation and health status. Some individuals have been ripping the fruits for the last 40 year-cycle……and soon, moving into an inauspicious 40-year cycle. Some, of course, will move into an auspicious 40-year cycle with strong wealth energy and prosperity.   

Be aware that some opportunities will come looking for you in those transition year/s and might bring about disastrous impact and consequences resulting in bankruptcy, accidents, sickness or business closure etc. if you take it lightly. While others might bring lottery luck, career advancement like promotion or strong wealth energy that will follow you through the remaining cycles of your life.

Of course there are always a small group of individuals that are always on the good luck cycle…….vice versa ….a small group of people that are often frustrated because nothing positive has ever happen to them so far. Hence, there is no harm to know your bazi chart so you can judge and observe, determine the accuracy of your chart yourself. Make inform decision, surely if the odds for bad luck is high especially in wealth….would you still consider investing or business setup?

The answer is Yes and No! Yes because few years of bad luck are often common and bearable in business. And if it only last for a few years and the remaining pillars are auspicious….go for it! No instant millionaire unless you got strong lottery luck.

For the past 6 months, many case studies being documented by me indicates inauspiciousness in the career palace for many individuals.  The Sun, known as the primary star in the career palace in Ziwei Dou Shui, turns negative or 化忌 either at main palace or career palace for year 2014. Many Bazi readings indicate deficit in wealth, fame, recognition and inauspiciousness in career palace for the year 2014.

When there is such a large quantity of case studies pointing towards this direction, it might means a financial storm is approaching. And if both the Bazi and Ziwei analysis are consistent on the interpretation then the higher the probability scale of such crisis. 

And I also notice there is this small group of individuals whose luck improves significantly during crisis. When majority is suffering, they are flourishing both in career and wealth. It is a good comparison mechanism to establish the correlation. 

Back to fundamentals, as many of your might notice that liquidity is pulling out of Asia recently causing interest rate to increase. Many investment bankers already foresee this happening in their forecast. Governments in Asia have to mobilize their reserves to stabilize their currencies. Hence, it is not a good news for many small medium enterprises, same goes for the economy. Any major hiccup in the next 6 months might send a shock shave across Asia. Well, I think our government is prepare for this given the hints by them through mass media. But whether are the commoners ready for the impact! 

Regardless whether you will be retrench or not, it is better to have a contingency plan to better prepare yourself for the worst.

6) Calculate your family expenditure and reference it with your saving to see whether you reserve can help you pull through this crisis if being retrenched

Establishing a forecast on wealth energy might keep you better inform and prepare when managing risk in business or career. It is not too difficult to establish a correlation between past data and future forecast. Let’s take for example on the sample chart below.

2002: Stock Market Gain (refer to Earthly Branch)

2010: Large unexpected gain in wealth (refer to Earthly Branch)

2012: Huge monetary loss (refer to both Heavenly stem & Earthly branch)

2000: Loss of wealth

Based on feedback from the subject, we are able to draw some simple conclusion that the subject has access to main and secondary income. The main income might be stagnant while the secondary income fluctuates on a higher scale due to a higher risk from stocks market.

Based on the 10 year cycle from 2001 – 2010, only 2002 and 2010 indicated positive wealth energy, earthly branch, from secondary income. And the next equivalent will be on 2013. However, it is difficult to accurately predict the scale of the wealth generation but we can conclude that it is likely to be average & above based on past reference. (Note that expectation on scale varies among individuals) However, there is no indication of strong wealth generation on the 10-year pillar. Thus, the limitation kicks in. If there is indication on the 10-year pillar, the frequency of positive wealth generation might increase significantly and the scale is likely to be higher.

Hence, a short-term gain is insignificant compare to a sustainable gain in the long term. It is through this estimation that we can better manage our risk and minimize investment during inauspicious years. And when you study your chart and identify the positive wealth element, you can better calculate the business or investment risk based on your own judgment. Usually, in an auspicious 10-year cycle, you’ll see red color elements across a few years. Hence, the probability scale of a higher return on investment is more likely and the risk is reduced. Of course, there will still be bad years in a good 10-year cycle but on a lesser scale. Hence, you net operating profit should be higher than other 10-years cycle.

  

As for 2012, there is obvious indication on Ziwei chat on cash flow issue. The wealth star turn negative in 2012 and it represents loss of income, discontinue of income, financial difficulties etc. Whenever the wealth star turns negative….it is going to be a trouble year for wealth. For Bazi, the element  “qi sa” will bring upon certain negative impact even though it appears red in your chart. I can conclude that it’ll cause some major impacts on that year and later delivers a compromised alternative. Hence, be wary of this element.
