Flying star 1 is known as the "Future Energy" in Period 8. It is still an auspicious star but the level of auspicious is secondary to Flying Star 8 & 9 in Period 8. Flying Star 1 is classified as an water element. Hence, it pair well with mountain or water star 4 that represent academic & fame. As water element (Star 1) will boost wood element (Star 4).
